          Ludwig Philipp Albert SchweitzerOM (German:[ˈalbɛʁtˈʃvaɪtsɐ]; 14 January 1875 – 4 September 1965) was a German and French polymath from Alsace.

          He was a theologian, organist, musicologist, writer, humanitarian, philosopher, and physician.
